school eating my soul

I'm so tired of school and studying right now. (And in particular the details of a tangntially school-related decision which I won't bore you with)
I have been feeling this exhaustion for a bit of time, now, because this year I'm lucky to have my finals spread over the last two months of the school year. (And for two of my classes, I have two final exams each. Fun.)
I started to feel strongly compelled to draw fanart and, indeed, it is all over the margins in my school notebooks (Not that Winston Payne isn't great in his own right, it's just striking me as... odd)
Today, I just want to scrawl out things with a crayon.
My point in all this:
Is it possible to become so tired that one starts to regress artistically? I mean, I knew I never was that great of an artist in the first place, but really? crayons?

- Reading: Anatomy study materials
- Eating: Drugs
- Drinking: Coffee (contains drugs)

im usually burnt out b/c i have 2 art classes a day and its a bit creatively draining SO im sure it's just a slump
and if yr pic you sent in tht email is your progress from a slump then thts fairly impressive. i cant even d stick ppl when im burnt out haha.
oh. and i lol'd when i saw it. <3 v. funny. give it to yr mom for mommy's day hahahaha

See, you have an excuse for feeling burnt out. you're actually artistically productive. I make a few decent pictures and then it's all "haHA time to draw obscene and/or crackishly weird things!" for me. I can never get tired of drawing weird things, though. I actually tried to make myself tired of drawing weird things, I was left only with ten trippy-ass pages of sketchbook.
I did end up showing it to my mom, despite saying that I wouldn't. She thought it was high-larious.
